WFTC/TCA TC Training

Topic: "The Changing Aspects of the TC Model"

The goal of the training is to highlight the ever- changing aspects of the TC model of treatment. This training will feature 2 key note speakers, Dr. George DeLeon and Naya Arbiter, who will discuss the essential elements of the TC Model. The training will also highlight TCA member programs from across the United States and focus on the special populations that they serve within their communities. Our intent is to show what is special about the TC model as well as provide information and a productive forum for dialogue and learning amongst our attendees. It is our hope that this training will enhance the global TC Movement and widen recognition and acceptance of the Therapeutic Community and the Therapeutic Community approach among behavioral health organizations and health delivery systems throughout the world.
