Methamphetamine Response Act Becomes Law

Recently passed by Congress and signed by the President, the Methamphetamine Response Act of 2021 designates methamphetamine as an emerging drug threat (a new and growing trend in the use of an illicit drug or class of drug) and directs OONDCP to implement a methamphetamine response plan within 90 days.
