SAMHSA Director Will Be Guest Speaker at TCA Fall Reception

Treatment Communities of America (TCA) is excited to announce that Dr. Miriam Delphin-Rittman, Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use, will be the guest speaker at TCA's upcoming Fall Reception.

Each year, TCA holds a reception to honor a lawmaker with the Charlie Devlin Award for Excellence for their contributions in advancing recovery. This year, TCA will honor Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) for his exemplary work in the behavioral health field and as Co-Chair of the Addiction Treatment and Recovery (ATR) Caucus.
